These concerns are shared by many veterans.
Almost alone among candidates Democratic and Republican, Ron Paul has hewed to what many consider a fundamental vision of America’s founders, and asked that American citizens join him in speaking out against what he calls the “American empire” abroad. Almost 2000 supporters, likely including numerous military men and women, pledged to donate $100 apiece on Veterans Day.
