President George W. Bush has sparked much
alarm by openly declaring himself to be a dictator in the
event of a national emergency under new provisions that will
effectively nullify the U.S. constitution, but such an infrastructure
has been in place for over 70 years and this merely represents
a re-authorization of the infrastructure of martial law.
