Chinese-style political oppression came to San Francisco on
Wednesday when police, acting on the orders of Chinese paramilitary
cops, removed and shoved to the sidewalk an Olympic torch
bearer for displaying a Tibetan flag, as the woman's pleas
that she had the right to free speech as an American citizen
fell on deaf ears.
