| I am writing this letter to let you know of the human rights violations here in America. The evil that I went through in this country I would not wish upon my worse enemy. I was born here in America and my parents were born in Cuba and came here in the 1960's. I was forced by the US Government to pay child support to a married woman for 7 years. I thank God that I am now a free man though. Let me explain... In America, if your wife divorces you, you have to pay child support for the children. If she marries another man, alimony payments then stop, but not child support. Child support never stops. She could marry a millionaire and you could be homeless and you would still have to pay this child support. About 8 years ago I was forced to pay child support to a married woman by the US Government. I lived with a woman for 3 years and had a daughter with her. I never married her. I know now that that is a sin against God and I repent and ask God to forgive me, but that is not why I am writing this letter. God forgives, but the US Courts do not. After this woman and I separated she soon married another man. I then took them to court for visitation rights of my daughter. Before the Court Hearing, this woman, the mother of my daughter and her new husband came up to me and said, "We do not want your money, just sign the adoption papers and goodbye." I replied, "Over my dead body. That is my daughter." and fought them in Court to see my daughter. (I knew that US Court would never give me Custody of my daughter because they give all the power to the women here. But I wanted to see my daughter). In the Court Hearing this woman told the Judge that if I had Visitation Rights of my daughter that I would kidnap my daughter and take her to Cuba. I have never even been to Cuba in my life and I had no criminal record whatsoever. When the Judge heard that he said no visitation rights for me and that I had to pay child support to this married woman. The Judge treated me like a criminal. I had no criminal record whatsoever. I had no Trial by Jury like it says in the US Constitution. It was just the Judge himself, like a courtroom in 16th century England. I lived in this slavery for about 7 years. After 6 years I got sick and tired of living like a slave with no rights and stopped paying this ransom/extortion money they deceptively call child support. I stopped paying for 10 months and was then arrested by the Hudson County Sheriffs Dept. I was in the Hudson County Jail for about 2 weeks until my family came up with the money I owed to get me out. That was the first time in my life that I ever been to jail. You would not believe how bad that US jail is. If that Hudson County Jail were a dog shelter, they would be charged with cruelty to animals and be shut down. They treat the dogs better than men in this country. They brought me in front of the Judge in handcuffs and in prison clothes like an animal. I looked upon the Judge's eyes and saw evil in him and in the entire system. I felt like the only people who wear Black Robes are Judges and Devil worshippers. I felt like the Judge's Desk was the altar of Baal and that they brought me tied up before his altar to use me as their human sacrifice. I felt like the entire court proceeding was a satanic ritual. After I came out of jail I contacted the mother of my daughter and her husband and asked them if I could sign the adoption papers because I could not take it anymore. I was a slave in America, and if you get a better job in that situation the more the make the more they take out for child support. You cannot save money, nothing. It is an evil many cannot comprehend until put in that situation. The mother of my daughter and her husband agreed and they themselves were angered at how the government treated me. They did me a favour in freeing me. If not, I would have had to leave the country because I could not take it anymore. Before I was arrested I called up Congressmen and asked them "Why am I paying child support to a married woman and I can't even see my daughter". One Congressman replied, "If she would have married a multi-millionaire and you were the poorest man in America you would still have to pay this money even though you cannot see your daughter. Visitation rights have nothing to do with it, it is your financial responsibility." No one helped me, no one fought for my rights. I then sent letters to Congressmen, Governors, many US Government Agencies and even the President about this Injustice (before I was arrested) and the FBI came to my house twice and the Secret Service once. They threatened me and told me to stop writing and sending these letters. I told them I would not and that this is Freedom of Speech. There were no threats in my letters whatsoever, just political writings; and the FBI came and knocked on my door. Why? Many men in America pay child support to re-married women. I know that the Taliban would never force a woman to pay child support to a married couple. How many abortions are performed every year in America? How many innocent victims are killed every year in America by this form of terrorism upon innocent victims that they call abortion? I am certain that GOD will not leave America guiltless because of these evils. Here is a copy of a letter that I used to send to US Government Officials and the FBI and Secret Service came to my house for to tell me to stop: feminism as a military psychological weapon to control society Amerika the 4th Reich: FEMINISM IS SOCIALISM. First thing communist countries do is put the women to work to take over the family unit. Increasing the workforce decreases wages - Economy 101 - basic simple concepts of supply and demand. Women in the workforce doubled the workforce, which decreased wages - (which was deceptively hidden via deflation/the devaluing of the dollar). (Example: Let's say I own a factory. I have 1,500 employees knocking on my door everyday looking for work; I can then decrease wages and say, "If you don't like it there's the door. I have 1,500 people knocking on my door everyday looking for work." On the other hand, if I cannot find enough people to work in my factory, I would have to increase wages - if I can still make a profit). That is why in the 1950's, the average American family lived fine on one income but today the average American family needs two incomes just to get by. Women in the workforce; feminism, just created more Taxpaying Slaves for The State resulting in the enslavement of the average American family unit. Feminists are being used ... they have complained about power control freak men, husbands ... only to have it replaced by a Power-Control-Freak Totalitarian Police STATE. Create a (so-called) problem just to justify the excuse for more power to solve it is the oldest Dictator ploy in the book. Either Father’s own their children or the STATE OWNS the children. Law of the Jungle; women look for the best provider -- when the best provider becomes the STATE (i.e. the Welfare State), she then marries (into) the STATE and now the STATE OWNS her children. Either the man/husband/father is the Head of His Household ... or the STATE is the HEAD of your Household! Attack the Family Unit = weaken society ... thus more STATE CONTROL. Cut the Head (man of the household) out - thus more STATE CONTROL = own the children thus more STATE CONTROL - breed ignorant society thus more STATE CONTROL. Feminism = weaker men; weaker men = LESS RESISTANCE thus more STATE CONTROL. Patriarchy = Men own their wives ... it's called a family unit ... it's called morality. Feminism/matriarchy = everyone having sex with each other’s women while still remaining "friends" like a bunch of ANIMALS! Patriarchy = family unit = efficiency = prosperity = Individual rights = opposite of socialism = surplus = free time for great works/inventions ... i.e. immigrants who come here and prosper come from patriarchal family structures because patriarchy = family unit = efficiency. In the Book of Genesis, when Satan attacked Adam and Eve, he attacked through the weaker vessel: the woman. Just like The STATE is doing today, attacking us through feminism, through the 'woman'. Falsely "empower" the woman for her to make the wrong choices that way to weaken the man to control him. This is how evil attacks man, who was made in the image of God. In the Book of Exodus, Pharaoh of Egypt decided to kill all the male Israelite infants to weaken the Israelites militarily. In the New Testament, when King Herod (a Jew traitor) heard that the Christ was born he decreed to kill all the male first born under two years old. Statism is Antichrist plain and simple. God should be the King and Head of an individual man, and the man/husband should be the head of his household, not the Anti-Christ STATE. In this last century alone, governments around the world have killed over 500 million people of their own people. All this government-sponsored propaganda about Domestic Violence is just a smoke screen to divert attention from the real abuse: Government Abuse Against It's Own People. This is the real Domestic Violence. The Bible depicted governments as Beasts; in Daniel and Revelations. Look at old Nazi films; their Armies marching like ants mimicking the Animal Kingdom and therefore subhuman. Individual Freemen become just another cog in the Wheel of the Predator Beast State which becomes the Alpha Male which today IT is doing this through the propaganda of feminism. Paying child support kills children by Funding/Subsidizing the #1 KILLER of children: single-mother-households: Children from single-mother households, compared to children of two-parent families where the biological father is present, are more likely to go to prison by 20 times, to commit suicide by 5 times, to have behavioural problems by 20 times, to become rapists by 14 times, to run away by 32 times, to abuse chemical substances by 10 times, to drop out of high school by 9 times, to be seriously abused by 33 times, to be fatally abused by 73 times, to be one tenth as likely to get A's in school, and to [per Lenore Weitzman] have a 72% lower standard of living. If you refuse to 'pay', you are labelled/vilified into a lowlife scumbag dirt bag criminal and thrown in jail surrounded by violent criminals. And to make matters even worse, the government pays/sponsors for a massive government Nazi-like propaganda campaign, brainwashing society, convincing them that if you don't accept/pay for this, with a smile on your face no doubt, that you are then a scumbag dirt bag lowlife 'deadbeat' who belongs in jail surrounded by murderers, rapists, child molesters, etc. Question to America: What exactly happened here? Explain to me what happened here, because this is exactly what they are doing to American Fathers. If the British had this current system some 200 years ago the American Revolution would have never happened. Benjamin Franklin had 13 bastard children, he would have ended up in jail as a 'deadbeat' dad. The rest of our Founding Fathers would have been forced to 'attend' Anger Management Courses. By 1992, he had filed for divorce. Then, Caron said, "She hinted that I may not be the father of our child." A DNA test confirmed it, he said. The experience has turned Caron into a campaigner for changing Ohio's child support law. He and the sponsor of a bill before a state Senate committee believe a man has the right not to pay child support if genetic testing proves he is not the father. And Ohio isn't the only state whose paternity laws are being challenged by angry men armed with DNA test results. Opponents of the bill insist that what matters is the child's interests, and that judges should have the final word. In most states, courts rely on a 500-year-old English common-law doctrine which presumes a man is the legal father of any child born to his wife during their marriage. The law was designed to protect children because in medieval England a child shown to be illegitimate would have virtually no rights. But during the past 10 years, DNA-based paternity testing has more than tripled, to an estimated 247,000 cases in 1998. Caron, 43, said he paid for his DNA test after his divorce. He said the result made him feel betrayed but he still loved the boy, now 9. "It makes no difference to me," he said. "I wanted shared legal custody of Tommy, but I also wanted her to identify the real father." Caron said he sued to stop paying child support only after his ex-wife, Gina Manfresca, cut off his contact with the child. He said she tells Tommy that he - Caron - is his real dad. Andrea Yagoda, a lawyer who represents Manfresca, said she could not comment because of the pending lawsuit. Since a judge determined Caron to be the father during his divorce hearings and ordered him to pay support, that obligation continues. Caron stopped making child support payments in 1997 but is setting aside $530 each month and has a bond against his home in case he loses his battle and has to pay up. "The mother can raise the issue of paternity to make a man lose his parental rights, but courts can force fathers who raise the issue, even with genetic proof, to continue paying," he said. In Texas, Morgan Wise says he found out by accident three years after his divorce that he wasn't the father of three of his four children. The youngest was born with cystic fibrosis, and last year, after a blood test, the hospital told Wise that he didn't have the recessive gene that passes down the disease. "If he had never been sick, I would have never known," Wise said. Wise, a railroad engineer from Big Spring, Texas, went back to court and had a hearing on the DNA findings but the court ordered him to continue paying $1,340 a month in child support. His ex-wife, Wanda Fryar, has since remarried, and declined comment when reached at her Texas home. Gerald Miscovich, a computer programmer from Douglassville, Pa., says he obtained DNA evidence of his non-paternity, but lost a seven-year battle to avoid paying child support to his ex-wife. Although his son was 22 months old when he separated from his wife, Miscovich did not take a DNA test until the boy was 4. In December, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled against him, voting to affirm a lower-court ruling saying "family interests" outweighed the ordering of blood tests. Miscovich failed to get a hearing at the U.S. Supreme Court. He says he has spent about $70,000 in legal fees and has paid $35,000 in child support. He continues to have $537 a month garnisheed from his paycheck for child support, and has six more years of payments to make. "Somewhere out there is a deadbeat dad and I am paying his bill," Miscovich said. Miscovich's former wife, Elizabeth Selembo, who has since remarried, declined through her lawyer to comment. Lab directors say that in about one-third of the welfare cases and 10 percent of other cases, the father named by the mother turns out not to be the biological parent. Ohio law lets a man ask a judge to correct a paternity ruling within a year. Men who don't find out before then cannot end support payments even with DNA testing. Caron testified before the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee on Feb. 2 in support of the bill that would allow men to stop paying child support and sue to recover past payments if DNA testing proves they are not the father. A version of the bill sponsored by Democratic state Rep. Peter Lawson Jones passed the House in November. He says current law is especially unfair to men who were tricked into acknowledging paternity. But Jones notes that men who end their child support under his bill also could lose visitation rights. "They can't have their cake and eat it too," he said. Opponents say the bill could disrupt children's lives and bankrupt families. "The bill started out as a good concept - the true father should be obligated to pay - but we have to be careful," said Debbie Kline, of the Association for Children for Enforcement of Support, a non-profit advocacy group. "Think of the trauma for the child... .You think someone is your father and then he wants you to have genetic tests," she said. Yvette McGee-Brown, an Ohio county domestic relations judge, says it's important to separate the question of child support payment from visitation issues. "There are things that are more important than just money," she said. Her colleague, Judge Russ Steiner, says the bill must allow more judicial discretion.
