Michigan city installs surveillance cameras in park restrooms NORWAY, Mich. Surveillance cameras have been installed in the public restrooms at a park in Norway. Officials say the cameras re needed because vandalism has gotten out of hand in the men's and women's bathrooms. Officials say the cameras are legal but some residents who go to the park say they feel violated. The city manager says the cameras aren't coming down. ---------------------------------------------------
