Woman, 72, charged over packages sent to No 10 London Guardian | June 16 2006 A woman has been charged with sending
packages containing sugar and weedkiller to 10 Downing Street marked
for the attention of Tony Blair, his wife, Cherie, and their son Euan
last year. Scotland Yard said Ms Freed, from Littlehampton in West Sussex, was charged with offences under the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 when she answered bail yesterday.
