Man Facing Terror Charges For Sending E Mail

A man is due in court charged with sending terrorist material by email, Scotland Yard said.

Mohammed Gul, 20, will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates Court accused of two counts of transmitting a terrorist publication in January.

He is also charged with possessing a document containing information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

Mr Gul, of Elm Park Avenue, Hornchurch, east London, was arrested by anti-terror police on February 10 at an address in Hornchurch, a Met Police spokesman said.
