Bush drops to new poll lows on Iraq, war on terror David Edwards President Bush has dropped to new lows on his handling of Iraq as well as the overall war on terror, according to survey data presented today on CNN. "Only 28 percent of Americans say they approve of the way President Bush is handling Iraq," reports CNN's senior political analyst Bill Schneider. "Disapproval has reached 70 percent."
